A Subscription to Current History On-Line is subject to your agreement to all of the Terms and Conditions of the Subscription detailed herein. By activating your Subscription to Current History On-Line, you warrant that you have the authority to agree to, and you agree that you have read, understood and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Subscription, which, along with your use of Current History On-Line, constitutes your agreement with the terms and conditions of this Subscription Agreement as a Subscriber to Current History On-Line.

You are permitted to print or download this material for your personal use only. None of this material may be used for any commercial or public use. Similarly, sharing a Subscriber password and Username with a non-Subscriber or otherwise making this Subscription available to third parties is strictly prohibited, and may subject the Subscriber participating in such activities to immediate revocation of access to Current History On-Line, and subject the offending Subscriber and/or any third party to any other applicable civil or criminal penalties under copyright or other laws.
Current History, Inc. reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all parts of the Current History On-Line Website or your Subscription at any time. Current History, Inc. reserves the right to restrict a Subscriber's access to parts or all of Current History On-Line without notice or liability. Upon any such suspension or cancellation of Subscription, any Subscriber wishing a pro-rated portion of his/her Subscription fee shall contact Current History, Inc., email administration@currenthistory.com.
Current History, Inc. reserves the authority to change, modify, suspend or discontinue any and all terms of this Subscription Agreement at any time.
This agreement establishes the terms of usage and other rules applying to an institutional Site-wide or one building/library Subscription for online access through the Internet to Current History On-Line. Access to Current History On-Line is granted to all authorized users (defined below) at the institution based upon the following:

Current History, Inc. intends for the Site Current History On-Line to be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. However, Current History, Inc. will not be liable for damages or refunds should the Site become unavailable temporarily or access to the Site becomes slow or incomplete due to system back-up procedures, Internet traffic volume, upgrades, overload of requests to the servers, general network failures or delays, or any other cause that may from time to time make the Site inaccessible for your users.
While institutions forming Site-wide or one building/library Subscription agreements are not bound to monitor or enforce the specific uses made of this Site by authorized users, you must agree to the following:
A. In the event that Current History, Inc. or your institution becomes aware of abuse of the Site emanating from any of your locations, you will notify us (if you become aware first), and will cooperate in locating and attempting to stop the specific individuals who are abusing Current History On-Line. In the event of abuse of service, Current History, Inc. has the right to withhold, suspend, or terminate access to all or any portion of the Current History On-Line Site. Current History, Inc. will not be liable for any damages beyond a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused portion of the Subscription.
B. You are responsible for creating and maintaining reasonable security measures, and posting policies to ensure that only authorized users will use the Site. Your institution is prohibited from making agreements for access to Current History On-Line with individuals, organizations, vendors, affiliates, or partners that are not a part of the same institution purchasing this Subscription. You affirm that all IP addresses in the range you list for authorization or passwords are specifically controlled by the institution for workstations under its administrative control and for the use of individuals who meet the authorized user criteria above. All Site-wide access to Current History On-Line must originate from computers physically located at your Institution's street address. For one Building/Library subscriptions to Current History On-Line, access must originate from computers physically located in the one building or library that has the subscription.
Current History, Inc. reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all parts of the Current History On-Line Website or your Subscription at any time. Current History, Inc. reserves the right to restrict a Subscriber's access to parts or all of Current History On-Line without notice or liability.
